Located on Dale Mabry in the heart of Tampa Bay, The Performance Lab is the region’s newest state-of-the-art medical facility — purpose-built to redefine recovery.
Rehabilitation Suite
Our rehabilitation suite is fully equipped to allow our team to guide patients through every phase and type of rehab in a safe and comfortable environment. Our rehabilitation suite features specialized assessment and treatment equipment rarely found in any other rehabilitation facility including microgravity treadmills, Biodex, and more. The combination of our highly vetted team, our state of the art equipment, and TPL’s collaborative model between providers, allows our physical therapists to deliver the best care and achieve the best outcomes.
Brain Health Suite
Our 2000+ sq ft Brain Health Suite is home to our brain health team, compromised of various specialists who collectively tackle every aspect of assessment and treatment needed by patients looking to diagnose, understand and recover from head injuries, or otherwise optimize their brain health.
Featuring dedicated and spacious exam and treatment rooms, and equipped with our hospital-grade hyperbaric chamber, VNG, and various other specialized equipment, our Brain Health Suite is designed for complete care in complete comfort.
Procedure Suites
TPL is home to two spacious and comfortable procedure rooms, where our specialists perform a range of interventional pain management procedures using advanced imaging technology. Each room features powered medical tables designed to lower and adjust with ease—making it safer and more comfortable for patients with injuries or limited mobility to get on and off the table with minimal strain.
Exam Suites
To accommodate our patients struggling with pain, limited mobility, and discomfort, TPL features exam and treatment rooms equipped with powered exam tables which accommodate patients of all ages, sizes, and physical abilities/injuries. TPL also has dedicated exam space for patients with very serious physical disabilities including patients who are wheelchair-bound.
Imaging Suite
To accommodate our patients struggling with pain, limited mobility, and discomfort, TPL features exam and treatment rooms equipped with powered exam tables which accommodate patients of all ages, sizes, and physical abilities/injuries. TPL also has dedicated exam space for patients with very serious physical disabilities including patients who are wheelchair-bound.

At The Performance Lab, our consultation rooms are designed with intention—offering a calm, private space where patients can speak openly with our physicians and care team. Whether you’re here for an initial assessment, follow-up visit, or personalized treatment planning, every room provides a welcoming environment built to put you at ease.

Performance Center
TPL’s fully-equipped 4000 sq ft Performance Center allows our sports performance team to provide advanced rehab as well as ongoing treatment for our sports performance members, including but not limited to our athletes. Our providers are trusted by professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and other leagues and sports, and our Performance Center is professionally equipped with their treatment in mind. However, at TPL, we believe “performance” is for everyone, not just professional athletes, and we aim to help all of our patients return to or achieve their desired level of performance.
